First Kiss
This apple is juicy yet tart and is our first apple available for the season. Only available pre-picked.
Zestar!
Fruit have a sweet-tart flavor and are crisp. This apple is good for baking, sauce or just eating. Fruit needs to be refrigerated.
Chestnut Crabapple
This rich, nutty flavored apple is at its peak. Best for fresh eating due to its small size.
SweeTango®
This apple is juicy and sweet with hints of fall spices. One of our most popular varieties!
Honey Crisp
Minnesota's State Fruit and most popular! This apple has explosive crispiness and juiciness. Best for fresh eating and salads.
Honeygold
Sweet, crisp, and juicy yellow skinned apples are good for fresh eating and baking.
Haralson
The top baking apple of all time! Tart apple with a hint of sweet only after a frost.
SnowSweet
They are slightly tart but great for snacks and salads due to their slowness to brown. A HIGHLY sought after variety for U-pick!
Fireside
They are sweet with a mild flavor, very large sized fruit. Good for baked apples.
Cortland
Good for making delicious apple sauce. The dark purple skin causes the sauce to be pink in color. Only available pre-picked.
Evercrisp
Good for eating and baking. Only available pre-picked.

Among other variety of apples, I was happy to find the Zestar again. Just perfect for my preference of slightly tart, but with good sweetness. We also got honey and fresh eggs there. The staff is very helpful and informative.
Family owned; friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! It is just the right size for all from 1-100. Apples, pumpkins, squash, eggs, meat, desserts, ice cream and of course, apple cider donuts. A field of sunflowers, a patch of zinnias, large cut-outs, an apple cannon...there is something for everyone and Instagram ready for all your photos.
Date night at Brand Farms was a fun event. Farmer Aaron is a great host. I would highly recommend you take your kids before they close for the season. Lots of activities, yummy apple products and treats too!
